With a Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering and an MBA from the American University in Cairo, Salma spent nearly two decades at Procter & Gamble (P&G), a Fortune 500 company, where she held leadership roles across regions, departments, and cultures, gaining unique insights into navigating today’s complex business world.
As a former Regional HR Director and HR Shared Services Leader at P&G, Salma led initiatives that empowered global teams, streamlined operations, and drove measurable impact. Recognized as P&G Egypt's Exceptional Coach of the Year and HR Great Manager for Asia, Middle East, and Africa, she brings a proven ability to deliver transformational success for individuals and organizations alike. Salma’s expertise includes designing HR strategies, leading large-scale transformations, and fostering inclusive workplaces. She also spearheaded the Global Employee Care Transformation program, simplifying support systems for thousands of employees worldwide.
Her passion for travel, spanning 60+ countries, fuels her curiosity and global perspective, enabling her to craft tailored solutions to unique cultural challenges.
